Cotton Tree Backpackers soon to be demolished

The Essence of Cotton Tree is set to headline the growing Maroochydore Luxury Apartment Market in 2019. Preparation of the 1200m2 site will begin in the coming weeks with the demolition of the old Cotton Tree backpackers hostel and adjacent retail space.

The Essence of Cotton Tree, which boasts 19 luxury three-bedroom Residential apartments that have been purposely designed for the owner occupier market. There will also be an exclusive retail opportunity on the street level that would be ideal placement for a quality cafe, restaurant and fashion store to create added street engagement and conveniences for residents and their guests.

Ross Williamson and David Bolton the developers behind The Essence of Cotton Tree who are long term coast residents secured this key Cotton Tree site in 2013 with the view to building a building they will retire to with their families. “We are delighted to have been able to secure this beautiful site some years back and since then our design philosophy has simply to create a lifestyle property that we would proud to call home”
