Mary had lived here for as long as most can remember, setting up home in the 70’s. She moved into the home because they wanted to be very close to everything including our gorgeous Sunshine Coast beaches. Auction Day attracted a crowd of over 100 buyers, after 89 inspections during the campaign. Mary was surrounded by friends and family on the day, to bid farewell to this chapter of her life. The Auction kicked off with an initial bid of $270,000 followed by 24 bids to get a final sale result for Mary of $411,000.
