Mary had lived here for as long as most can remember, setting up home in the 70’s. She moved into the home because they wanted to be very close to everything including our gorgeous Sunshine Coast beaches. The close proximity to the shops nearby and the ability to be able to stroll to our sparkling patrolled beaches were very important.

These days those nearby shops have grown in size and number, making this solid beach side home even more attractive to those looking to be central to the heart of the Sunshine Coast.
Auction Day attracted a crowd of over 100 buyers, after 89 inspections during the campaign. Mary was surrounded by friends and family on the day, to bid farewell to this chapter of her life. The Auction kicked off with an initial bid of $270,000 followed by 24 bids to get a final sale result for Mary of $411,000.
