This property was testament to the success of a well managed auction campaign.

The Seller had previously been on the market a number of times, selling the property with a price advertised. They had not seen any success with this method, as the property remained unsold. As the newly appointed agent, Reuben Park took a new approach and marketed the property for Auction. This campaign, coupled with a strategic print media marketing campaign, ensured unprecedented interest in the property, with a total of 42 inspections over the campaign.

This huge interest carried through to Auction Day, with a large crowd attending. As the auctioneer welcomed the crowd, bidder registrations were taken by buyers that had only seen the property that same day; it was a crowd full of very serious buyers. As bidding progressed the buyers continued to battle it out until the home was declared sold for $850,000. The successful bidders came to the auction with every intention of winning, having previously missed out on another property after being outbid at Auction. Both the seller and the new owners were ecstatic with the result.
