The ‘Big End’ of Town

Since 2007, there hasn’t been as much interest in the ‘Big End of Town’ as there is today.

In most Blue Chip locations across the coast, you can not only spot a few more sold signs on some prized real estate, you will notice significant construction occurring for new prestige homes.

This month, our group again set another sales record, this time in Sunshine Beach. At Auction we sold a 508m2 property that is now due for demolition for $2,750,000. On the surface you would think this is over the top; however with sales now up to $5.0m now being achieved in this tightly held precinct, the Big End of town is now on the move.
