House Hunters International, the number one (1) cable television program in North America, has just completed filming for a brand new episode featuring the Sunshine Coast. The program chose to engage the services of leading local real estate agent, Dan Sowden of Ray White Maroochydore
Mr. Sowden was responsible for guiding the three Canadian women through the entire process of finding their dream home. This includes establishing a budget, touring properties and weighing the pros and cons of each location.
Mr. Sowden recognised the unique opportunity this program presents for the Sunshine Coast “This is an unequalled opportunity to showcase everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer on not only a national, but international stage.”
“The Sunshine Coast is unparalleled in Queensland in terms of lifestyle coupled with living affordability. This program has presented us with a platform to show this to an audience sharing the same common desire; home ownership in a dream location.”
The three women provided their prerequisites along with a budget to adhere to. Mr. Sowden then narrowed down three properties he believed to best fit the order. Audiences then become invested in the process and the journey of each house hunter.
This reality based TV series follows the journey of a new set of house hunters each episode. Three different properties are featured in the ideal location, with the final decision left to the house hunter.
The program airs locally and internationally to over 10 million viewers. House Hunters International airs on The Lifestyle Channel and on America’s HGTV.
