Thursday 26 February was a big day at Novotel Twin Waters, where we ran a full day Roadshow event for our 100 staff to showcase all the technological facets that Ray White has available to us.

Mayor of the Sunshine Coast, Mark Jamieson, opened the day with a welcome message, giving us some insight into the exciting developments that the Sunshine Coast will achieve over the coming years and the importance of the role that our real estate businesses play in our region.

This was followed by 12 fast sessions with 12 speakers presenting to our Admin, Property Management and Sales teams.

We heard about One System and future Real Estate technology trends from Jason Alford; and Sally Patch explained Whiteboard and the Know How Campaign.

Next we got very tech savvy and skyped the Marketing Team in Sydney and had a chat with them about what they can offer all of us to ensure we are the best we can be in our market.

Peter Camphin talked to us about the new era in Loan Market and Craig Giles presented the exciting new ebroker app.

Our Guest Speaker was world renowned Amanda Gore, who had us thinking a lot, learning a lot and laughing a lot.

Macca spoke to us about the Future of Agents, Michelle Delaney discussed the Future of Property Managers and Michelle Robinson showed us how to get the best out of My Desktop.

Julie Ryan talked to our Sales Team about running their business as a business and Rebecca Grisman from the Campaign Group talked to our Admin and PM Teams about ‘you are your own brand’ and how important that is when we communicate with at least 100 people a day.

Lots of fun was had with our ‘Chuck-a-Lucky-Duck’ game, with some great prizes being won by Amanda Lawther and Dave Williams.

The day was finished off with Dan Sowden calling an awesome auction wrap up.
