Putting The Romance Back In To Real Estate

This Sunday the 14th of February we are hoping there is a little romance in the air at the Valentines Day Auction of The House the Coast Built at 16 Flame Tree Avenue, Sippy Downs.

This is a home that has been built from the heart, on donated time and resources with over 60 local Sunshine Coast businesses contributing over recent months. Led by the very generous team at Ausmar Group, this Sunday at 12noon we will auction it off with all the proceeds going to local charity, Wishlist!

The Wishlist is the one charity group that we simply love to support each year. Professional, organised and community focused through their hospital building projects, the Wishlist engage the community like no other.

Proudly, this will be the second time we have marketed to auction a home for Wishlist and it always brings a different feeling to the campaign as you create the marketing and greet the curious buyers at the front door. To us this is more than just a sale, we have the hopes of so many riding on the outcome and the buyers know they are buying a home jam packed full of extras and value.

Every local business that supported the home did so adding their own personal touch and reputation to the home. The Ausmar Group is one of the most reputable builders here locally and we hope that as the buyers bid on this superb home they will know that they are both helping to contribute a significant amount of money for the Wishlist but also buying a home that we believe is one of the finest constructed.

We have had over 140 inspections through the home in just over 4 weeks and with at least a handful of interested bidders already declaring their interest, we are hoping for a great outcome!
