Off the Plan Sales are Creating a Construction Boom in Maroochydore

By Dan Sowden

On almost every esplanade or riverfront location throughout Maroochydore you will find a new apartment development in full swing; from Bradman Avenue to Alexandra Parade and throughout Cotton Tree, cranes are littered throughout our marketplace with eager new apartment owners watching on as their new home is delivered.

Activity breeds confidence and we are seeing buyers purchase with confidence as the remaining stock in a number of our key projects are being contracted.

In recent weeks the Essence project in Cotton Tree has tipped over the 60% sale mark with construction commenced as well as Driftwood in Cotton Tree now reaching the 40% sale milestone.

These apartments are largely purposefully designed and built for the owner occupiers and on completion will be home to those that are downsizing and seeking a new lifestyle.

Construction is also now occurring on the following selected Projects in our area:

The Ivy on Picnic Point Esplanade, Maroochydore

Beach Life at Alexandra Headland

Rise on Sixth Avenue, Maroochydore

Alpha on Duporth Avenue, Maroochydore

Avalon by Mosaic on Duporth Avenue, Maroochydore

Botanica on Duporth Avenue, Maroochydore

Banksia on Baden Powell Street, Maroochydore

These new projects are all set for delivery in 2020/21 which means that the growth in our area is set to continue, perhaps this is just the beginning of what Maroochydore will soon become.

If you are looking for a new apartment, please check out some of our collection below and feel free to call into our office at anytime to chat more about this exciting growth!
