New Office in Maroochydoore

By Dan Sowden

At a time when most business’s are finding ways to reduce their overheads, Ray White Maroochydore is bucking the trend by expanding its business and transferring to a new look office on Duporth Avenue.

Located on the river in the Aurora building on Duporth Avenue, the new office will take advantage of the prominent riverside setting and the exceptional exposure it offers.

Co-director Dan Sowden said the fully refurbished two level office space with floor to ceiling glass will reflect the high quality service, expectations and professionalism which the team at Ray White Maroochydore have become known for in the industry.

“We are excited about the new location and the exposure its already giving to our business and people,” he said.

“Understanding the market today is critical and confidence is the key. We have confidence in our people and the market, we hope that this expansion is a sign of this, the buyers, sellers and investors in our market should be just as confident.”

Ray White Maroochydore employs just over 40 sales, management and administration staff.

Mr Sowden said it was a move against the market trend, at a time when most business’s were finding ways to reduce their overheads. Yet he was particularly excited about the opportunity of expanding the business and working on their business model.

He believes the new office location and additional space will give them the base to expand each of their growing business, in residential sales, asset management, commercial and business sales as well as Loan Market Home Finance.

Ray White Maroochydore has been a part of the central business district for 15 years.

Mr Sowden said the move was a sign of confidence in the Maroochydore CBD and the property market generally.
