The largest property management business on the Sunshine Coast, Ray White Maroochydore is proud to announce the new appointment of Lyndon Page to its Inspections Team. Lyndon has an extensive experience of some 28 years within the building industry

With a history of inspecting residential and commercial property, Lyndon will be on hand to advise property owners specifically on issues of property maintenance, with the view to implementing long term maintenance plans to reduce potential costs.

Principal of Ray White Maroochydore, Dan Sowden is heavily focused on both expanding our management team and bettering the service our investors receive.

Heidi Davies whom is the Business Manager expects that with Lyndon’s experience he will be able to adequately advise owners of any maintenance concerns and in many ways discuss and implement a long term management plan for their property.

“As a management company; our role is to assist in maximising the net return for our investors, making sure the properties are rented year round and that any unnecessary costs are kept to a minimum, proper maintenance measures and advice will assist in curbing any unnecessary costs”

It is believe that this initiative is a first for a property management business on the Sunshine Coast with investors to have their properties inspected up to 3 times a year as part of our service by a qualified Building Inspector.
