Jason Mills and Reuben Park Joint Sales Managers for Ray White Maroochydore

Ray White Maroochydore Director and Auctioneer, Dan Sowden, has announced the appointments of Jason Mills and Reuben Park as the agency’s joint sales managers.

Mr Sowden said the appointments reflect Ray White Maroochydore’s future thinking, planning and ambition for continued business growth.

“This decision has been made with the view to giving our business direction not only for this year, but for the next decade,” he said.

“This is an exciting time for everyone involved. Our ambition is to continually grow as a business and I believe the appointments of Jason and Reuben will help facilitate this ambition.”

Before joining Ray White four years ago, Jason Mills served for 20 years in the Australian Defence Force and was responsible for maintaining the Army’s Blackhawk helicopters. He also spent time on operations in East Timor and more recently, Afghanistan, where he received a commendation for management and morale while commanding Unmanned Aerial Vehicles.

“Jason has been a great success since joining the real estate industry and he is a clear market leader in the Maroochydore beach side housing area and has achieved a 95 per cent clearance at auctions,” Mr Sowden said.

Reuben Park also has four years’ real estate experience and has become one of the most enthusiastic and entertaining auctioneers on the Sunshine Coast.

“Having quickly proven to be one of the most dedicated and driven sales agents on the Sunshine Coast, it was a natural progression for Reuben as he looks to establish a specialised apartments sales team focusing on the Maroochydore and Cotton Tree’s growing apartment market” Mr Sowden said.

“The long term future for Ray White Maroochydore looks highly encouraging with Jason and Reuben as our joint sales managers.

“We are looking forward to continuing to work hard for all our clients and to build our business.”
