Introducing The Owners of The Ivy | Tony & Susanne Wilshire

By Dan Sowden

Here at Ray White Maroochydore; we are living and breathing The Ivy everyday! As sales continue to climb we are soon to hit that ‘tipping point’ where construction is sure to commence.

We know we are excited; but we also wanted to hear from our wonderful buyers, what exactly drew them to The Ivy? We would love to introduce Tony and Susanne Wilshire.

The Wilshire’s were drawn to The Ivy because of the position of the development on Picnic Point Esplanade. This particular pocket of the Sunshine Coast is synonymous with relaxation, and Tony noted the river views, the park and nearby beach across the road as huge selling points, along with the proximity to services, retail outlets and restaurants all within an easy walking distance.

Tony and Susanne will be making a sea change with their move to The Ivy, relocating and downsizing from a large house in Brisbane. The Sunshine Coast appealed to them as a great spot to start this next chapter, with their favourite part of Maroochydore being the river strip from Picnic Point along to Cotton Tree.

Tony said they are eagerly awaiting the move with  plans to “relax on the deck, overlooking the river & parkland”

“We are looking forward to walking / bike riding on a flat surface up the river, & also around to Mooloolaba.”

“The Ivy will provide easy & convenient way of life with simple access to general services & shopping.”
