How To Report a Maintenance Issue

Are you a tenant wanting to request rental property repairs?

The fastest and easiest way to fix repairs is by lodging requests through Maintenance Manager. It is a strict policy of this office that all maintenance requests are submitted via our Maintenance Manager Application. You can also find this link by heading to the Maintenance Request page under the Rent tab on this website.

  1. The first time you log a maintenance issue using the above link, you will need to register your details to activate an account for your rental property.
  2. Click the orange Report a Maintenance Issue button, fill in your details on the online form (please note creating a password is optional) and click submit request.
  3. A green message banner saying “reported successfully” will appear at the top of the page once you’ve submitted your request.

You also have the flexibility of downloading the App for your Smart Phone for convenience.

  1. Head to the App Store on your mobile and search for Tenant Maintenance Reporting App.
  2. Once you’ve downloaded the free App, register your email address so you can start reporting.

Benefits of using Maintenance Manager

Using this system allows fast and open communication between tenants, trade, landlords and property managers. The maintenance manager request form allows you to attach photos, provide descriptions and check the status of any logged maintenance tasks.

Once your maintenance request has been lodged it goes directly to the property manager and creates a work order. We recommend saving time by logging requests straight from the Mobile App while you are on the go. The handy App can also be used on more than one device.
