As another busy year draws to a close the time approaches for your well-earned break over the Christmas period, we would like to inform you of our operating hours during this festive season.
Our Operating Hours will be as follows:
Christmas Eve- Tuesday 24th December 8.30am to 1:00pm
Christmas Day- Wednesday 25th December: Closed
Boxing Day- Thursday 26th December: Closed
Friday 27th December- Open 8.30am-5:00pm
Saturday 28th December 8.30-2:00pm
Sunday 29th December: Closed
New Years Eve- Monday 30th 8.30am- 1:00pm
New Years Day- Tuesday 1st January: Closed
Monday 2nd January 8.30-5:00pm
If you experience an emergency only situation throughout this time you can contact Heidi Davies (Business Manager) on 0439 707 907. Please note that this number will be manned throughout the Christmas period except for Christmas Day, New Year’s Day and Sundays. If you do happen to encounter an emergency on one of the days when the phone number is unavailable, please leave a detailed message on the message bank and arrange directly with contractors on your Lease Agreement. We will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible on our return.
Please also note the Maintenance Request Form available below for your use if you encounter non-urgent maintenance issues over the Christmas break. Our Property Management Team will be on a minimal staffing capacity over this short period and we appreciate your understanding.
