Another home sold in beautiful Sunshine Cove

By Dan Sowden

44 Saint Quentin Avenue, Maroochydore
Sold by Sarah-Louise Anderson for $685,000

Modern, architecturally-designed homes, close to everything in a master-planned community built with family in mind, it’s no wonder the lifestyle at Sunshine Cove is so appealing to buyers.

Located in the heart of Maroochydore, the popular residential estate offers the very best in urban living, just ask Ray White sales and marketing consultant, Sarah-Louise Anderson.

“Sunshine Cove offers very low maintenance living. They are all relatively new builds and each of the homes are quite unique. They tend to have a high-level fit-out and they are perfect for families or a fantastic set-and-forget investment opportunity. Not only that, they are close to everything, with parks within five minutes of every house and walkways around the water,” says Sarah-Louise.

It was all of these attributes, plus the spacious, open plan design of the two-level home that appealed to the new owner of 44 Saint Quentin Avenue, which sold for $685,000 to a buyer from down South.

Beautifully positioned on a no through road, overlooking a meticulously kept park and boasting a coveted eastern aspect, it ticked all the boxes for those seeking a relaxed, easy lifestyle.

“This four-bedroom, three-bathroom home is only a couple of years old and it has an amazing master suite downstairs, plus a fully fenced back garden, which is not relatively common in Sunshine Cove,” says Sarah-Louise.

“We met the buyer very early on in the campaign, they were wanting to relocate to the Sunshine Coast as many southerners are at the moment and Sunshine Cove really appealed to her,” says Sarah-Louise.

Thanks to the convenience of modern technology, the buyer was also able to view the home via a virtual walk through with Sarah-Louise, who says she knew the home was the perfect fit for what she was looking for.

Despite the buyer residing in another state and not having access to a computer at home, the sale process ran smoothly from start to finish thanks to the strength of the Ray White Network. “The buyer didn’t have a computer, so we got one of the Ray White offices near her home to get the contract signed for us. I rang the office on the Saturday morning and they said no problem, scanned the documents and sent them straight back to me.

“It’s pretty cool that you can list a property with Ray White Maroochydore and a Ray White team in another state will lend a helping hand to sign a contract. It’s just one of the many perks of working with a national, family owned franchise like Ray White,” says Sarah-Louise.
