An award-winning agent whose career spans more than 20 years, Simon started as a sales trainee in Cootamundra in regional New South Wales. Since then, his diverse roles have included Sales Consultant, Territory Manager, Sales Manager, Corporate Auctioneer and Licensee for some of Australia’s most recognised real estate brands.
Simon’s extensive real estate experience spans across the entire East Coast of Australia. His background and sales CV boasts an impressive cross-section of property transactions, including large rural holdings in Far Western New South Wales, lifestyle and small acreage properties in Western Victoria and throughout the Byron Bay hinterland, development sites, investment properties and high-end prestige period homes in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs.
However, it is now Queensland’s Sunshine Coast that he is most passionate about. Simon loves nothing better than promoting and selling the Coast’s unique lifestyle. He understands this first hand as it was the driving factor behind he and his family moving here, almost five years ago.
As well as being a successful sales agent, Simon is a successful and experienced auctioneer, having conducted thousands of auctions throughout the Eastern States over the past two decades. A recognised local industry identity, Simon is considered one of Queensland’s best auctioneers and was recently a finalist in the 2012 REIQ Auctioneer of the Year.
