How did you get into real estate/ What attracted you to a career in real estate?
I had been in the automotive industry for all my working life and had a strong interest in real estate. I had an opportunity to join a great office presented and I made the switch.
What do you believe is the secret to success?
Self motivation a great work ethic and an ability to relate to people.
What is your current real estate market like?
It is a normal market with some pockets flourishing and others struggling a little.

What are the challenges of working in this industry?
Staying relevant and the agent and agency of choice when a vendor decides to go to the market. Also maintaining a high level of service.
What advice would you give to others starting in the industry?
You need to be committed and it does not just happen overnight.
What is it like to work on the Sunshine Coast?
It is a great place to live and I love to talk to the people coming into the area from other states about the potential of the area.
What do you like to do outside of real estate/in your spare time?
I love to play golf and am probably a golf nut if I’m honest.
