How did you get into real estate/ What attracted you to a career in real estate?

Property has always been something that interested me. Helping people move into a new home seemed like such a rewarding career.

What do you believe is the secret to success?

Working hard and continually improving your skills and knowledge.

What is your current real estate market like?

Slower market through Winter but still achieving steady rental prices.

What are the challenges of working in this industry?

Ensuring the move in – move out process run smoothly and trying to minimizing the bumps in the road.

Learning the administration side of property management will give you a better understanding of your role.

What do you like to do outside of real estate/in your spare time?

Spend time with friends and family & exploring the Coast.
