How did you get into real estate/ What attracted you to a career in real estate?

I have a real interest in homes and my sister worked for Ray White and recommended them as a great company to work for.

What do you believe is the secret to success?

To be humble, and to find the most efficient way to get the best outcome, because a property managers plate is often full.

What is your current real estate market like?

It’s going well considering we are coming into winter.

What does it mean to you to be a part of the Ray White brand? In short, why Ray White.

I love that Ray white is a family owned and run franchise.

What are the challenges of working in this industry?

How people perceive property managers and real estate agents and investors to always be greedy.

What advice would you give to others starting in the industry?

Always provide a good customer service; Speak with your owners and tenants like you would a client in front of you, with respect and build a relationship. Then when things aren’t going to plan you can discuss and work though the problems together because you already have a strong foundation.

What is it like to work on the Sunshine Coast?

I love water sports so this is the perfect location for me, with our weather and beautiful spots I can go kite-boarding & wake boarding all year round.

What do you like to do outside of real estate/in your spare time?

Bike riding, wake boarding, kite boarding and snowboarding holidays with my husband.
