Kayla Johnson brings to the Ray White Maroochydore team a wealth of experience spanning over seven years in the Real Estate industry. Her journey has been diverse, commencing with roles in reception, leasing, and progressing into Assistant Property Manager positions, followed by Senior Property Manager and BDM roles. This comprehensive background, coupled with her prior experience in hospitality and customer service, ensures that Kayla is adept at providing an unparalleled level of service to her clients. Her dedication and outstanding performance have earned her accolades such as the Property Manager of the Year and Top Performer of Customer Experience in previous years. Kayla believes in the importance of maintaining long lasting relationships with both landlords and tenants, and this allows her to create stress free transactions through open and honest communication. 

A recent addition to the Sunshine Coast community, Kayla moved here at the start of the year after living in Brisbane for six years and spending her formative years on the Gold Coast. Described by clients as reliable, efficient, friendly, a good communicator, and deeply professional, Kayla seamlessly integrates these attributes into her role. Outside of work, she is passionate about spending quality time with her family, friends, and her beloved dogs. At Ray White Maroochydore, she was attracted by the office's reputation and the collaborative team atmosphere, and positively contributes to this in her role as a Property Manager.
