Leasing Manager
At Ray White Maroochydore, Eliza Fisher holds the role of Leasing Manager. Returning in 2020 after a short break, Eliza rejoins our Property Management team with three years of property management experience and an Alan White Elite Award status from 2018 and Ray White Elite Property Management Award 2023 with the team alongside.
As the Leasing Manager, Eliza is directly involved in the rental market communicating with prospective tenants and local investors first hand, while analysing the current and changing environment. As part of the Leasing Team at Ray White Maroochydore, we understand the importance of investment property and the dedicated time spent with clients and community.
Eliza grew up in Buderim and worked along the coastline, from her hometown to Mooloolaba and up to Noosa Heads. This experience built upon Eliza's knowledge and skills today through high quality service and strong values.
A local coast girl, it’s no surprise then that she lives and breathes an active lifestyle; teaching yoga, surfing, and enjoying the Sunshine Coast community. With a patient, understanding and friendly temperament, helping others comes second nature to Eliza.
Eliza is motivated and passionate about preserving the natural beauty and joyful culture of the Sunshine Coast. As she rejoins the Ray White Maroochydore team, she’s excited to be a part of new opportunities to watch the expansion of this town grow for future generations.
