Alicia Roffey

Alicia has lived on the Sunshine Coast for 30 years after being born in Melbourne, giving her a long-standing connection to the community she works with every day. She began her real estate career in 2021, starting in property management before moving into a dedicated leasing role.

She is easy-going yet highly driven, with a genuine passion for connecting with people. Alicia is known for her friendly and calm energy, as well as her determination and commitment when working toward a goal. Clients describe her as approachable, understanding, a clear communicator, friendly and professional. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially on long walks.

Alicia is motivated by the opportunity to help people navigate the process of finding a rental home -something she finds deeply rewarding, particularly when she sees the happiness at the end of the journey. To her, success means feeling that her work has purpose, continuing to learn, and building a future she’s excited about.
