Dan…from what I’ve seen you have a great team there and probably don’t get the accolades they deserve for the jobs they do. It was great to see you yesterday Wes, and I feel terrible that I haven’t expressed our gratitude for your incredible patience, tolerance and kindness in 2011.
It feels like a lifetime ago that we decided to relocate our family from Brisbane, the biggest hurdle being selling our own home there. In what turned out to be an eight (8) month marathon, we were in touch with you over a number of properties that we took interest in. At each encounter, you were incredibly professional, and helpful, and always respectful.
You were always happy to give us options to consider, and to answer any questions we might have, without ever being intrusive.
You are an absolute gem to deal with, your charm and good cheer make what could be an incredibly frustrating and annoying process(house hunting) easy to bear. It is always a pleasure to see you, and I can’t imagine that any potential buyer would feel differently. Something I think should factor heavily in any vendor’s decision to appoint an agent.
Wes, thank you so much for everything you have done for us, we are very excited about our new home and can’t wait to get in there –it’s been a long time coming! (And so sorry for being such a difficult customer!)

We first met Wes Ratcliffe some years ago when we bought our home at auction.
When we decided to sell we discussed who we should engage. We wanted someone presentable, not too pushy and someone who knows their job. We thought of Wes and decided to engage him. We have not been disappointed with an energetic Wes keeping us informed and up to date through-out the process.

After 6months of trying we have finally sold our Unit…. Thanks to Oliver Shearer.
We bought before we sold, but figured that we would sell fairly easily, we had what we considered a ‘Great Unit’, that had been our Family Home for 16 years. But, a quick sale wasn’t to be. We were burnt with a previous agent, leaving us ‘high and dry’ over Christmas. This is when Oliver Shearer first came to our attention – he sold the Unit beside us over Christmas, and for a good price. But, by then the Market had started to Stall!!! Then one wet and raining Friday afternoon, Alister was out paddling, and saw a equally wet Oliver, hitting in Open for Inspection signs, for the next day. He said, Ring him, any one who is out in the rain on a Friday afternoon working must be dedicated….. So after a couple more false starts, I rang Oliver and Yes, he SOLD our unit. I cannot recommend him more highly, Oliver, is Dedicated, Friendly, Young – (he is the same age as our Youngest Daughter -24), he is also very persistent and this is what gets the Sale over the line.
